New analytics for real estate agents: track views, favorites, and contact clicks
In Telegram channels and Facebook groups, you can only guess how your listings perform. In the Elspal realtor dashboard, you can now see real data about how clients interact with your properties
What you can track
- how many times your listings were opened
- how many times your profile was viewed
- how many times contact details were opened
- how many clicks went to messengers
- which listings get the most attention
- which listings are saved to favorites
- how interest changes day by day
Stats are available for two periods: week and month. This makes it easier to follow daily changes, notice when interest grows, and understand how ads, bloggers, posts, and other traffic sources affect your listings
Important: a messenger click does not mean that the client actually sent you a message. We only see that they opened Telegram, Zalo, or WhatsApp. We do not know what happened after that
Why it matters
- understand which listings really attract attention
- notice listings that get views but no contact opens
- see which properties clients save for later
- compare performance over a week and a month
- understand what may need improvement: photos, price, description, or rental conditions
If a property keeps getting views and contact opens, that is a strong signal. If clients view the listing but do not open the contacts, it may be worth checking the price, photos, description, or conditions
What else you can see
You can also check your top listings and see which properties are working best right now. Favorites are another useful signal: when someone saves a listing, it usually means they liked the property and may want to return to it later
The main point
Analytics help you judge listings by real user behavior, not assumptions: where there is interest, where contacts are opened, and which properties actually catch attention
