Now duplicate listings are hidden automatically
We want clients to easily find up-to-date housing, and for agents and owners not to deal with questions like “is it already rented?” or “is this still available?” when the property is already occupied. Please use the “Set occupied date” option when a property is rented, and avoid creating duplicate listings
The system can now detect duplicate listings and remove them from the platform. This helps prevent identical listings from cluttering search results and getting in the way
At the same time, we understand that automation isn’t perfect. Sometimes the system can make mistakes, so manual review is always in place. If your listing was removed by mistake, just email us — we’ll take a look
Right now, the system compares key listing parameters and matches them. This is already enough to catch some duplicates and keep the database clean
How it works in practice
If you add a property that the system considers a duplicate, it may be removed from the platform after some time. The listing will show a note that it has been hidden as a duplicate
After that, you can delete it from your listings if it actually duplicates an existing property
What’s next
We’ll continue improving this: the system will not only detect similar properties but also select the best listing among duplicates — keeping the most complete and highest-quality one published
Why this matters
- it’s easier for people to search without duplicate listings
- the database stays cleaner and more structured
- agents and owners don’t compete with themselves by posting the same property multiple times
The key point
Our goal isn’t just to collect more listings, but to make it easier for people to find clear, real, and non-duplicate housing
