Start collecting inquiries before the property becomes available
Create listings in advance and set an availability date — your property will appear in the feed, so you can start collecting inquiries before it’s available
If you already know when a property will be free, there’s no need to remember to bring the listing back manually. We’ve added a simple “Set occupied date” option: unpublish the listing, set the date, and it will automatically reappear in the feed 30 days before it becomes available
Why this matters
Usually, once a property is rented out, the listing is simply taken off the feed and later added back manually when it’s time to look for a new tenant. We added this option to remove that extra step and help you start the search in advance
How it works
Unpublish the listing and set the occupied date
30 days before that date, it automatically appears in the feed again
What you get
- no need to remember anything manually
- start collecting inquiries before the property is available
- less downtime between tenants
- the listing stays in the system — no need to set it up again
When it’s especially useful
- for fixed-term rentals
- when a tenant gives notice in advance
- if you want to find the next tenant early
- high-demand properties you don’t want to keep off the market for too long
Key point
This feature isn’t just about unpublishing — it’s about bringing the listing back automatically at the right time, without extra manual work
